  I experienced bad customer service. The girls didn't know anything and kept putting me on hold for 5 minutes every time i asked a question. Will not recommend this place.

  They are not organized at all. The people that answer the phones have an attitude and never know what is going on. You get no calls back or reply to e-mails. The do not care about their clients, that is why I took my business elsewhere.…

  swift tax has been good accurate , I have been coming to them every year during tax time...I have so far within those years had no problem at all, I highly recomend them to everyone who wants good service.
